COVID-19

Dear Patients,

We pray that you all are remaining safe during this time.

For the last few months, we have been seeing patients on an emergency basis only: related to the relief of pain and infection management. We plan to continue to do so until July 01, 2020.

Starting July 1st, given the status of COVID-19 virus and CDC guidelines, we will begin seeing patients for all elective and non-essential procedures.

There will be some changes made to our office and procedures as we have new recommendations from the American Dental Association and CDC to help protect you, as well as us. The changes are as follows:

  1. Office hours/days (Please ask office staff about this)
  2. Waiting room will be accessible to patients with appointments only (unless you are a legal guardian or parent accompanying a minor child or a caretaker for an individual that requires support), this allows us to enforce the 6ft social/ physical distancing rule. (Those accompanying the patient is subject to being screened as well.)
  3. All reading materials have been removed
  4. Please use the hand sanitizer provided upon entry into the office
  5. Masks must be worn inside the office
  6. Temperatures will be taken upon entry
  7. We will ask you a series of health related questions upon scheduling and confirming your appointment. For example, Have you been sick and or had fever, chills, cough, headache loss of taste, loss of smell, unexplained rash, or traveled out of the United States in the past 14 days.

Please understand that these changes are to aid in keeping us ALL SAFE during this time. If you have a cough, fever, or chills, please call the office and we can reschedule your appointment. We thank you in advance for all your cooperation, and look forward to seeing you soon!

Thank you,

Just Smiles Dental
